I aim to support students to reach their full potential as successful, empowered learners within an inclusive educational environment.

Every child is unique and may have different learning styles. Our role, as educators, relies on facilitating and ensuring our learners grow and enjoy their learning journey.

I work closely with students, teachers, parents, and the wider school community — through workshops, co-teaching, ILP/SSP development, and professional development — to build truly inclusive spaces where every child belongs.

My path to the classroom wasn't a straight line. Looking back, though, I was teaching the whole way. I started as an IFRS Consultant at Deloitte, where my real job was teaching client companies how to apply new financial reporting standards.

After my daughter was born, I built an online business on Bukalapak, one of Indonesia's first startup unicorns, teaching small business owners and university students how to grow their ventures. By then it was clear: teaching was the work I actually wanted to do.

When we moved to Shenzhen, I made it official, joining International School of Nanshan Shenzhen as a Learning Support Teacher, and have since grown into the role of Head of Learning Support.
