Academic Year 2025–2026

Reflection on SMART Goals 2025–2026

I have successfully met both my strategic plan and self-directed goals for this year. I facilitated two parent workshops for LPYP parents — on Learning Engagement and Declarative Language.

In addition, I led a professional development session for PYP teachers on optimising interventions and accommodations for students with ILPs/SSPs.

Professional Goals
1
Conduct at least one parent workshop per semester.

Teacher-focused workshop (once per year).
3
Explicit ATL and/or LP teaching and use of verbiage during interventions.
